In the beginnings of the 21st century we observed the following:
Any amplified definition method of reality, tends to stupidity. 
Dramatic events are much more important than the usual, the usual is not news.
The more intense is the dramatic tension, the more important is the news.
This takes us to two possible consequences:

1. Or the usual reality is separated from the oficial reality of the news, the television or radio.
2. or the usual reality, as a learning issue, tends to become as stupid and dramatic as the official reality.

As this  is a contemporary situation, we want to point out that powerful people have exercised this function through History this using the strategies owned by each historical moment.
